At Shave Society, we strive to deliver the highest quality grooming services. If you're not fully satisfied with your experience, please read our refund policy below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Haircuts and styling services: If you're not happy with your haircut or style, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. We will offer a rework of the service at no additional charge.

Shaving and grooming services: If you're not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 3 days. We will either redo the service or offer a partial refund based on the situation.

Products: If you purchased a product from our shop and it is unused, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

Proof of purchase or service receipt is required for all refund requests.

3. Refund Process

Refunds for services will be processed at the discretion of management, either as a rework or partial refund depending on the issue.

Refunds for products will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For cancellations or rescheduling, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
