DMCA Policy

At Shave Society, we respect copyright laws and comply with the DMCA. If we receive a valid copyright infringement notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the content specified in the notice. We may also forward the details of your notice, including your contact information, to the user who posted the material, to facilitate a resolution.

If You Believe Your Content Was Removed in Error

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. To submit a counter-notification, you must include:

  • A description of the content that was removed and its location before it was removed (for example, the specific URL).
  • Your contact information (full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address).
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed mistakenly.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court where the platform is located, and accepting service of process from the complainant.
  • Your signature (either physical or electronic).

What Happens Next?

Upon receiving your counter-notification, we will forward it to the complainant. If no legal action is taken within 10-14 business days, we will reinstate the removed content.
